- Listen to the Recording: The three days following a session are truly crucial for ongoing healing and recovery. Listening to your own voice from the session enhances and deepens this transformative process, allowing you to reconnect with the insights and emotions that emerged during your time spent in reflection.
- Grounding Techniques: Engaging in grounding exercises such as mindfulness meditation or spending time in nature, can help anchor the experiences and sensations felt during your session. These practices encourage a reconnection with your body and surroundings, ensuring you remain present as you integrate your newfound knowledge.
- Reflection and Journaling: After your session, take the time to reflect on the insights gained during the hypnosis. Keeping a journal can help you organize your thoughts, document any lingering feelings or questions, and track the changes you notice in your life as a result of your experience.
- Hydrate: It is essential to ensure that you drink a sufficient amount of water throughout the day to assist in effectively flushing out toxins from your body and seamlessly adapting to the significant energy shift that may be occurring.
- Rest and Integrate: Allow yourself ample time to rest and recuperate, as the 6 hour session can be both mentally and emotionally taxing, leaving you feeling drained after such an intense experience. It’s essential to listen to your body and mind so that you can fully process everything that has occurred and integrate these insights into your daily life.
- Connect with others: Seeking support from others who have undergone QHHT® or similar healing modalities can enhance your journey. Joining groups or forums can provide a space for sharing experiences, receiving encouragement, and gaining new perspectives on the changes you're experiencing. This community connection can be invaluable in reinforcing your healing process.
What to Expect:
- Delayed Insight: You may not completely understand the full significance and implications of the session immediately upon its conclusion. This period of contemplation can lead to a deeper appreciation of the concepts presented, allowing you to connect the dots and see how they apply to your own experiences.
- Emotional Release: During this transformative process, you may experience a range of complex emotional responses, perhaps feeling particularly emotional at times or, conversely, highly energized and invigorated, as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. This is an excellent platform to enhance your community support.
- Continued Healing: The energetic recalibration initiated by the Higher Self often continues in the days following the session. so pay attention to your dreams because your Higher Self will find it easier to communicate with you through dreams. Often, further balancing takes place during sleep and/or during the time when you listen to the recording.
