Be open to what ever comes: The most important preparation for a session is entering it with an open and receptive heart. To foster this openness, engage in quiet reflection, spend time in nature, or listen to calming music, go inward.
Set you intention: Your intention to have a great session is very important. Once you’ve decided to take a QHHT session, your Higher Self begins preparing you by opening the channel in you to communicate readily.
Trust the Process: The Higher Self provides information that is for your highest good, which may be different from what your conscious mind expects.
Eating and Caffeine: The session typically last around 6 hours. To enhance you relaxation, consider eating a light meal, and limiting your caffeine intake will help you maintain focus without the jitters.
Be Comfortable with no Pressures: Dress comfortably, as we will be together for an extended period. By clearing your schedule for the entire day, you'll be able to fully absorb and reflect on everything you experience during the session.
